Oba’Po is from Lagos, Nigeria but Raised On the Eastside Of Chicago. He Travels from Chicago to Lagos, Nigeria Often. He has never lost touch of his Culture and Traditions. Family is very important to Po and living behind a legacy in honor of his grandfather, whom also had a love for music.
At the age of two years old, Oba’Po started Piano Lessons. That’s when music became a part of his life. Growing up, Po had to overcome many obstacles. But he still managed to learn how to play the Drums, Marimba, Timbales, Congo Drum, & Xylophone! By Sophomore year he was Hosting School Talent Shows and Fashion Shows and Keeping the energy up In the Building! Po began to write music as well.
Now, Po is looking forward to making more music with other Nigerian artist and other artist around the world.
